The notebooks are stunning, featuring a delightful array of colors and top-notch pages, while the pens are just a joy to admire, grip, and write with! My order arrived super fast, complete with a charming handwritten note, and it was wrapped up so nicely (I accidentally picked gift packaging since it was just for me, but hey, no regrets!). After seeing how great their products are, I quickly returned to their site to hunt for more treasures and found a gift set that seemed to have a pricing error. I reached out via their web form and received a very courteous and apologetic response explaining the mix-up and that it had been fixed. I’ve already placed a second order (after much deliberation because I wanted every single notebook and pen in all the colors available😄), which was shipped out in no time and is now waiting for me at the post office!
